Fit Trainer (“Fit Trainer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps users design and track personalised workouts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information and how you can exercise your privacy rights. Fit Trainer is the data controller for the information described below.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed when you use (a) the Fit Trainer mobile application, (b) www.fittrainer.ai, and (c) any related online or offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”). It is incorporated by reference into the Fit Trainer End-User Terms of Use.

Sensitive Data Note: We do not require medical records. Any health metrics you voluntarily share stay within Fit Trainer and its trusted processors and are never sold or used for third-party advertising.

We never sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

5. Your Privacy Choices & Rights

  • Account controls. Inside the app you can view, edit, export or delete your account data at any time.

  • Cookie controls. Browser settings let you block cookies; some site functions may break.

  • Marketing opt-out. Click “unsubscribe” in any email or change preferences in the app.

  • Jurisdictional rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, port or withdraw consent. Email support@fittrainer.ai to exercise them. We respond within legal time-frames.

6. Security of Your Information
We apply industry-standard safeguards (TLS, encryption at rest, role-based access, periodic reviews). No method is perfect; if a breach occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
7. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed in India, the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We rely on contractual safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure adequate protection.
8. Retention of Personal Information
We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
9. Supplemental Notices
India (Draft DPDP Act 2023)

  • You may contact our grievance officer via support@fittrainer.ai.

  • Sensitive personal data (health metrics) is processed only with explicit consent and never shared for advertising.

EU / UK (GDPR)

  • You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact support@fittrainer.ai first so we can help.

United States

  • CCPA/CPRA (California): We do not sell personal information.

  • Nevada: We do not sell data as defined by NRS 603A.

10. Children’s Information
Fit Trainer is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Parents may email support@fittrainer.ai to request deletion.
11. Other Provisions

  • Third-party links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.

  • Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
