By downloading, installing, or using the Fit Trainer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Fit Trainer is an AI-powered fitness coaching application. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Health Disclaimer

The content provided through Fit Trainer, including workout plans, exercise guidance, and nutritional information, is for general informational and fitness purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.

Workout plans and coaching responses are generated using artificial intelligence. While designed to be safe and effective, they may not account for every individual circumstance. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.

Fit Trainer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the App under Account Settings.

5. Subscription and Payments

Fit Trainer offers auto-renewing subscription plans, currently $9.99/month or $79.99/year with a 14-day free trial for new purchases. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. Prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App before you purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and your access continues until the period ends. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Fit Trainer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Trainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
